A Habits Log

Our habits are what can help us reach a goal or what can keep us from reaching a goal.  This year, instead of making a huge list of all the things I want to accomplish, I made a list of all the habits I want to keep this year.  Instead of saying, I want to be closer to God, I'm saying I'm going to spend 30 mins with Him and just me each day!  Instead of saying I'm going to be more fit and be a better cheerleader, I'm saying I'm going to practice or workout for 30 minutes each day.  Achieving goals starts with your habits.  To keep myself accountable, I made a habits log.  Each day that I do something, I color in the square.  Here's a picture of my blank one and mine now!
